Are you looking for a sports hobby for your child? A well-rounded one that promotes mobility and motor skills – and most importantly, provides plenty of joyful physical exercise? Welcome to taekwondo!

Basic courses for MiniKids (5 to 9 years) and Juniors (10 to 13 years) will start in the fall. Please check back on our website later this year to find out how to register for the classes.

Basic courses for teenagers and adults (14 years and older)

In 2020, Mukwan will hold two intensive basic courses for teenagers and adults. The course dates will be announced later. In taekwondo, you can train to reach your own goals, so no previous background in sports is necessary. Training taekwondo is a fun way to get in better shape and enjoy training with other people. After a period of training, you just may notice that not only do you possess a whole new set of technical skills, but your muscle power has increased and your flexibility improved as well!
